Job summary

Clarke Group, a diversified property development and investment company with Auckland and Queenstown projects, seeks an accomplished finance leader to own the finance function. You will drive strategic financial leadership, deliver clear reporting, manage cashflow and support investment decisions.

This role suits an experienced CFO or senior Financial Controller stepping into an executive position, with scope across multi-entity portfolios and ongoing governance reporting to the Managing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong technical accounting, financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and complex entity structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MD on financial strategy, capital allocation and funding models.
• Lead group accounting, budgeting, forecasting and tax compliance.
• Manage cashflow, liquidity, debt and working capital across entities.
• Oversee project feasibilities, funding and financial performance.
• Deliver lender, investor and governance reporting; manage covenants.
