Job summary

Stellar Recruitment client in Auckland CBD seeks a Finance Manager - Property to lead monthly reporting, NZ IFRS, and audit liaison across a sizable commercial portfolio.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive automation, process improvements, and AI-enabled finance initiatives while overseeing Xero and Re-Leased system integrity and multi-entity consolidations.

Qualifications

• CA qualification or equivalent and strong NZ IFRS reporting experience.
• Experience leading external audits and multi-entity consolidations.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Monthly management reporting and financial statements.
• Group consolidations and NZ IFRS compliance.

Finance Manager - Property

Auckland CBD

Join a well-established property group and take ownership of financial reporting, audit delivery, and covenant compliance across a significant commercial property portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting external audits, and partnering with property operations to deliver accurate and timely reporting.

About You

You'll be a technically strong finance professional with commercial property experience and a passion for delivering high-quality financial outcomes.

To be successful, you'll have:

• CA qualification (or equivalent)
• 5+ years post-qualified experience
• Commercial property, real estate or property fund accounting experience
• Strong NZ IFRS and financial reporting expertise
• Multi-entity consolidation experience
• Experience managing external audits
• Exposure to covenant reporting and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Xero and Re-Leased
• Advanced Excel skills
