NZTA | Waka Kotahi is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect - Corporate to shape long-term technology direction and enterprise capabilities. You will sit with senior leaders across Commercial & Corporate and People & Safety, translating strategy into target states and roadmaps to guide investments.

You will influence executives, drive governance and build trusted relationships, ensuring enterprise-wide decision making aligns with NZTA’s priorities and digital strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in enterprise or business architecture or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong business capability modelling and enterprise planning experience.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear enterprise direction.
• Experience influencing executives and senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of investment planning, governance and organizational priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity and provide clear, actionable advice.
• Collaborative approach across business, architecture, digital and delivery communities.
• Willingness to gain knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi in the public service.
