NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect – Corporate to partner with senior leaders and shape the future of our enterprise capabilities. You’ll translate business strategy into target states, roadmaps and strategic advice to influence investment and delivery decisions at the highest levels.

You will lead with an enterprise-wide perspective, building trusted relationships across Commercial & Corporate and People & Safety, and guiding investments without focusing

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture or strategic advisory roles.
• Strong business capability modelling and enterprise planning experience.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear enterprise direction.
• Experience influencing executives and senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of investment planning, governance and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity and provide clear, actionable advice.
• Collaborative approach across business, architecture, digital and delivery communities.
