Job summary

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect - Corporate to partner with senior leaders, translating business strategy into enterprise-wide direction. You will shape capability roadmaps, provide strategic advice, and influence decisions to ensure investments align with enterprise direction and long-term outcomes.

You will work upstream of delivery, collaborating with Commercial & Corporate and People & Safety to set direction and strengthen architecture's role across NZTA,

Qualifications

Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture or strategic advisory roles.
Strong capability modelling and enterprise planning experience.
Ability to translate strategy into enterprise direction and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Shape enterprise capability strategies and future-state direction.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders.
Provide enterprise architecture advice on emerging needs, opportunities and risks.
Influence investment decisions with an enterprise-wide perspective.
Identify cross-organisational dependencies to support coherent outcomes.
Align business priorities with digital, data and technology opportunities.
