Job summary

Australian Department of Home Affairs in Wellington seeks a Senior Advisor, Strategic Enablement (Strategy & Performance) on a fixed term/secondment to translate strategic thinking into clear material and produce actionable reporting for ELT and SMT on NEMA's performance. You will contribute to governance, planning and performance, with a focus on value delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Convert strategic thinking into clear and compelling material fit for purpose and audience; produce reporting to provide actionable insights for ELT and SMT on NEMA's performance and advance the development of performance measures.
• Support the Strategic Enablement Group to ensure the organisation has a clear sense of purpose and builds transparency around value.
