Job summary

NEMA in Wellington invites an experienced analyst to join the Business and Performance Unit to convert strategic thinking into clear, audience-ready material and produce reporting for ELT and SMT on performance and progress toward measures.

You will support the Strategic Enablement Group to lead on agency planning, accountability requirements, and provide broad business support across the organisation, ensuring transparency and value delivery even during national emergency activations outside

Qualifications

• Proven ability to persuade, influence, and build collaborative relationships.
• Proactive team player with motivation to learn from others.
• High judgement to provide useful advice in complex situations.
• Deliver high-quality work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Able to manage without authority and ensure work gets completed.
