Job summary

Fusion5 seeks a strategic Solution Strategist to lead high-impact client engagements in our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice in New Zealand. You will partner with executives to define transformation roadmaps and deliver commercially viable solutions with measurable outcomes.

Working across AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft technologies, you will shape proposals, run pre-sales, and guide delivery teams to ensure feasible, scalable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution strategy, pre-sales, solution design and architecture.
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into proposals.
• Proven track record delivering customer transformation initiatives with measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution strategy and pre-sales engagements from discovery through proposal and transition to delivery.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to uncover business challenges and success criteria.
• Shape solution strategies across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, AI and Microsoft technologies.
• Develop compelling proposals, statements of work and executive presentations.
• Translate objectives into commercially viable solution approaches and delivery models.
• Design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to outcomes and modern architecture.
• Partner with Sales, Architecture, Delivery, AI, Security and Consulting teams to craft innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Copilot, automation and emerging technologies for client value.
