Summerset Holdings is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Development Finance to influence decisions, partner with senior stakeholders and deliver tangible investment outcomes across development and construction projects. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, build financial models and business cases, and provide commercial insights to shape governance.

Location: Wellington preferred, Auckland-based candidates considered.

Qualifikationen

• CA ANZ or CPA qualified, or working towards completion.
• Experience in management accounting, commercial finance or business partnering roles.
• Exposure to construction, property, infrastructure, development or other project-based environments is highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across operational and leadership teams.
• Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to provide constructive challenge and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
