Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks an experienced Account Manager in Wellington to manage and grow Public Sector & Enterprise accounts within a hybrid 4 days in office, 1 from home arrangement. You will build trusted relationships, develop strategic account plans, and coordinate with technical specialists to address cyber security needs.

You will drive renewals, cross-sell, upsell and new opportunities, while delivering compelling proposals and managing forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ account management and customer-focused solutions experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and win new customers.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships, opportunities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship management, listening, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage strategic account plans to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and become a trusted advisor on their cyber security requirements.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through renewals, cross-selling and upselling of CyberCX capabilities.
• Generate new business through customer engagement, referrals, leads and relationship development.
• Coordinate with technical specialists to deliver demonstrations and presentations and tailor proposals.
