Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in communications or marketing communications.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear content.
• Experience delivering internal and external communications across multiple channels (websites, intranets, social media).
• Confidence building relationships and providing practical advice across all levels of a business.
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, audience-focused content across intranet, website, presentations and social media.
• Support projects, campaigns and events, maintain communications calendars and brand assets.
• Provide practical advice and delivery support to strengthen engagement and reputation.
• Collaborate across business units to align communications with priorities.
• Monitor reach and engagement metrics and use insights to improve outcomes.
