Job summary

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is seeking an Advisor in Communications and Engagement based in Hamilton or Tauranga. You will support delivery of communications and engagement products, from stakeholder updates to digital content, helping tell positive stories about our work across Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

You will develop content, build relationships with communities and partners, and contribute to engagement activities while managing risks and issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, engagement, public relations or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to turn complex information into clear content.
• Knowledge of communications channels, tools and techniques.
• Experience building positive working relationships and a collaborative approach.
