The University of Auckland is seeking a property professional to take ownership of its commercial and retail lease portfolio. You will govern, administer and optimise leases, licences and occupancy agreements while supporting strategic objectives and delivering strong portfolio performance.

Reporting to the Associate Director - Commercial, you will build collaborative relationships with landlords, tenants and internal teams to ensure compliant, value-driven outcomes aligned with University

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial lease portfolios, lease negotiations and contract administration.
• Strong relationship management with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical capability with portfolio performance data and commercial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead management of the University’s commercial and retail lease portfolio, including leases, licences and occupancy agreements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, tenants, operators, property managers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, variations and commercial agreements ensuring favourable outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate lease data, oversee critical lease events and provide commercial reporting.
