RUSH Digital seeks a hands-on Business Analyst and Account Management professional to support clients from pre-sales through implementation and continuous improvement. You will analyse clients' existing systems, map interfaces, and translate requirements into detailed project briefs.

You will work with developers, testers and end users, manage budgets and deadlines, and provide training and user manuals for new systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyses clients' existing systems and business models.
• Liaises extensively with external and/or internal clients.
• Maps and documents interfaces between legacy and new systems.
• Translates client requirements into highly specified project briefs.
• Identifies options for potential solutions and assesses them for both technical and business suitability.
