Job summary

SYOS is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own end-to-end bid processes in a fast-moving defense and dual-use environment. You will coordinate commercial, technical and executive teams, convert complex information into compelling proposals, and drive on-time submissions across formal RFIs, RFPs, ITTs and tenders.

The role requires shaping strategy, pricing input, and a strong focus on security, export controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong bid management, capture or proposal experience.
• Solid understanding of defense procurement and bid lifecycle.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid process from qualification to submission.
• Shape bid strategy with win themes and market insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from commercial, technical and leadership.
• Produce high-quality, SYOS-branded proposals.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant and on time.
