Job summary

Dynamic Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across HVAC, electrical, and contracting services in New Zealand. You will lead market expansion, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects.

The role requires proven BD/sales experience, a good NZ market understanding, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-growing company with room for career

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
• Background in construction, HVAC, electrical, or engineering industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of tendering and project-based sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of the New Zealand market.
• Full NZ Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Develop and implement sales and growth strategies.
• Conduct market research and identify new project opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events.
• Track and report on sales performance and pipeline.
