Job summary

RS is seeking a motivated External Sales Representative for Auckland. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, developing new business, and helping existing customers maximize RS products and solutions.

You will spend time meeting customers, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities across your territory. Whether you're moving from internal sales to field sales or already managing a sales territory, RS wants to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in a sales, customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to generate opportunities by phone and visits.
• Self-motivated with good time management and organization.
• Confident working independently in a field-based role.
• Must have a full New Zealand driver's license.

• Develop new business opportunities across the Auckland region.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused External Sales Representative to join our Auckland team.

This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, developing new business, and helping existing customers get the most from RS's products and solutions. You'll spend most of your time out meeting customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow sales across your territory.

Whether you're currently in internal sales and ready for your first field sales role, or you're already managing a sales territory, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

• Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
• Confidence working independently in a field-based role.
• A full New Zealand driver's license.
