The Creative Store - New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead the day-to-day commercial and service relationships for a key client, translating requirements into SOPs, KPIs, reporting, invoicing and mobilisation cadences.

You will protect delivery promises, maintain proactive communication, and act as the primary salesperson for opportunities within the account while pursuing new and strategic growth across related sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in key account management, client services, sales or commercial project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commercial and service relationship for a key client.
• Translate client requirements into SOPs, KPIs, reporting, invoicing and mobilisation cadences.
• Ensure the business delivers on its promises and maintains proactive communication.
• Act as the primary salesperson for opportunities within the existing account and focus on new and strategic opportunities.
