Job summary

Placements24 is assisting a Queenstown retailer in finding a Store Team Lead to support the Store Manager, lead the sales team, and maintain exceptional customer service and store presentation.

You will supervise daily activities, assist with staff scheduling and training, manage cash handling, and drive sales while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment in the Queenstown store.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles and store operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
