Job summary

Macpac Napier is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and bring the Macpac brand to life in Napier. You will run the store with autonomy, supported by an experienced team, and make key decisions to drive success.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in retail or hospitality, a passion for the outdoors, and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while coaching staff to achieve sales goals.
