Job summary

Pascoes Newmarket is seeking a Store Manager to lead and energise the team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

You’ll receive comprehensive training in jewellery, sales, coaching, financials and administrative tasks, with an awesome team to work with.

This 40-hour role usually works Tue–Sat; weekend, late nights and public holidays availability may be required to support the store and community.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of coaching teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customers.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to drive sales and service excellence.
• Energetic, positive, proactive and able to motivate a team.
• Able to manage time, priorities and store operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee in-store merchandising and promotion execution.
