About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10-12, building a positive, high-performing culture while taking ownership of store performance. You’ll drive sales, manage KPIs, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Your focus will be on coaching and developing your team, maintaining strong store standards, and delivering commercial results.
