Job summary

Retailors is seeking a Store Manager for the NIKE store on Lambton Quay in Wellington. This maximum-term role runs through May 2027 and requires leading a high-performing team to deliver the Ultimate Retail Experience.

You’ll coach staff, drive sales, and uphold Retailors’ values—Leadership, CARE, Accountability, Transparency and Innovation—while representing the Nike brand with pride and energy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Commitment to delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

The Role:

Working collaboratively with the Area Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
• Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
