Advance Agriculture – Balclutha, South Island is seeking a Store Manager to run the Balclutha branch day-to-day, ensuring friendly service and the right products are available when customers need them. You will manage stock, coordinate orders and suppliers, and support the wider sales and technical team.

This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient store operations, with training opportunities and a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stock, orders, and competing priorities.
• Physically fit to assist with seed mixing.
• Practical farming knowledge or rural supplies is beneficial.
• Confident with computer systems and basic administration.
• Current driver licence; forklift experience would help.

Based at our Balclutha branch, the Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring customers receive friendly, reliable service and the right products are available when they need them.
