Job summary

CGR Services in Wellington seeks a results-driven Store Manager to lead a 12-strong team across a busy retail environment. You will drive sales, uphold store standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
• Experience within a structured, chain-style retail environment
• A strong focus on sales, customer experience and store standards
• The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the sales floor
• Strong commercial awareness and accountability for store performance
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Energy, enthusiasm and a positive personality
• Maturity, resilience and the confidence to take ownership

Lead a close-knit team, drive sales and make your mark in an established retail store.
We’re looking for someone with chain retail experience, maturity and plenty of energy. You’ll be commercially focused but equally passionate about your people, comfortable setting clear expectations and confident getting involved in the day-to-day running of the store.

What you’ll bring

• Annual discretionary bonus based on sales performance and cost control
• 40 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday
