Job summary

Whitcoulls in Hamilton, New Zealand, is seeking a retail manager with leadership experience in a large retail business to drive store performance and develop a talented team.

You will motivate staff, coach for exceptional customer service, manage sales, labour costs, stock and KPIs, lead visual merchandising, and embrace a customer‑first culture within a trusted national group. This role offers training, development opportunities, and career progression within the Whitcoulls group.
