Employer Sponsored Jobs is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new fashion retail store in the Bay of Plenty region. This full-time permanent role is ideal for a passionate retail leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales, oversee daily store operations, manage visual presentation, recruit and develop staff, and ensure brand standards.

• Previous experience in retail management or store leadership.
