Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or senior-level leadership.
• Store leadership experience is preferred, with coaching of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations and ownership of overall store performance.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership across the sales floor.
• Coach team members to improve sales capability, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Build a motivated, accountable, and supportive team culture.
• Set clear expectations and monitor progress against store KPIs.
• Oversee stock management, administration, merchandising, and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.
• Support employee development through training and ongoing coaching.
