Job summary

Vodafone New Zealand Limited is seeking a Retail Lead in Auckland to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a team of Customer Champions at NorthWest Shopping Centre, Westgate. This full-time role requires roster flexibility and a hands-on approach to sales and service.

You will coach and develop staff, manage store operations, and collaborate with stakeholders on hiring and rostering, while maintaining a strong focus on achieving targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of operational experience in a retail sales environment.
• Proven leadership to foster an engaged, collaborative team.
• Strong conflict navigation and composure under pressure.
• Flexible roster availability, including weekends.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Focus on people development and growth.
• Ability to coordinate hiring and staff rosters.
