PAK’nSAVE Tamatea is seeking a friendly Sticky Café Assistant to help deliver great customer experiences. You’ll prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, keep the café looking inviting, and support the team during busy periods.

If you are reliable, able to work quickly under pressure, and passionate about service, you’ll fit in. This part-time role (25.75 hours per week) offers a busy retail environment with opportunities to learn and grow. POS experience is a plus.

About The Role

As a Sticky Café Assistant, you'll help deliver an excellent customer experience by preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, maintaining café presentation standards, and ensuring all food safety requirements are met.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be interacting with customers, preparing coffee, restocking displays, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the wider team when required.

Sticky Cafe Assistant: 25.75 hours

Sunday: 6:45am - 1:00pm

Monday: 6:45am - 4:15pm

Tuesday: 6:45am - 4:15pm

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing coffee and other hot and cold beverages for customers.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting café environment.
• Cleaning and maintaining all café equipment to the required standards.
• Receiving and checking deliveries, including temperature checks where required.
• Ensuring food is stored correctly and food safety standards are maintained.
• Keeping displays and shelves fully stocked and attractively presented.
• Resolving customer enquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Completing daily cleaning and food safety tasks.
• Assisting with checkout duties during busy periods when required.
• Supporting the wider team with other reasonable duties as requested.

You Must Have:
