PAK’nSAVE Tamatea is seeking a friendly Sticky Café Assistant to help deliver great customer experiences. You’ll prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, keep the café looking inviting, and support the team during busy periods.

If you are reliable, able to work quickly under pressure, and passionate about service, you’ll fit in. This part-time role (25.75 hours per week) offers a busy retail environment with opportunities to learn and grow. POS experience is a plus.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Prepare coffee and hot/cold beverages for customers.
• Maintain a clean, inviting café presentation.
• Clean and maintain café equipment to required standards.
• Receive deliveries and perform temperature checks when needed.
• Store food correctly and maintain food safety standards.
• Keep displays stocked and attractive.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Complete daily cleaning and food safety tasks.
• Assist with checkout duties during busy periods.
• Support wider team with other duties as requested.
