Job summary

Argus Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor to lead our Wellington team. This hands-on leadership role supervises sprinkler service operations, supports technicians in the field, and ensures safe, efficient work to the highest standard.

Reporting to the Wellington Sprinkler Service Manager, you will guide service delivery, mentor staff, and maintain strong customer relationships while managing documentation, quoting and invoicing as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the fire sprinkler industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, installation, testing and maintenance.
• Understanding of NZ Standards and Building Code requirements.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.
• Health & Safety commitment.
• NZ Residency or valid NZ work visa.

• Scheduling and coordinating service work and callouts.
• Providing technical support and mentoring to field staff.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor to join our Wellington team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising sprinkler service operations, supporting technicians in the field, managing customer relationships, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

About The Role

Reporting to the Wellington Sprinkler Service Manager, you will play a key role in leading our sprinkler service technicians while remaining actively involved in service delivery and technical support.

This is a productive, predominantly field-based position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Supervising and supporting Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians

To be successful in this role you will have:
