Rosewood Kauri Cliffs in Northland is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our award-winning spa team. In this full-time, on-site role you will provide a range of luxurious spa treatments and wellness services to discerning guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

You will advise guests on treatments and products, uphold top hygiene standards, promote spa retail, manage bookings and payments, and contribute to ongoing spa excellence with a professional and empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified spa or beauty therapist, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of spa treatments, techniques and product knowledge.
• Excellent grooming and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of luxurious spa treatments and therapies such as massages, facials, body treatments and hydrotherapy services.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to guests on treatments, products and holistic wellness.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery.
• Promote and sell spa retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage booking and payments.
• Educate the wider team on Spa treatment options by offering Associate treatments.

In this full-time role at Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa and wellness services to our discerning guests, contributing to their overall relaxation and rejuvenation experience.

Delivering a range of luxurious spa treatments and therapies such as massages, facials, body treatments and hydrotherapy services

Providing expert advice and guidance to guests on treatments, products and holistic wellness

Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery

Contributing to the continuous improvement of spa operations and guest experiences

Promoting and selling spa retail products to enhance guest satisfaction

Managing booking and payments
