Rosewood Kauri Cliffs seeks an experienced Spa Therapist to join our award-winning spa team at our Northland resort. In this full-time role you will provide exceptional spa and wellness services to discerning guests, contributing to their relaxation and rejuvenation.

You will deliver luxurious treatments, advise on options, uphold hygiene and safety, and promote spa retail products while supporting bookings and payments. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified spa or beauty therapist.
• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of spa treatments and products.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, discreet and empathetic approach.
• Organised and computer savvy.
• Commitment to continuous learning and grooming/presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxurious spa treatments and therapies (massages, facials, body treatments, hydrotherapy).
• Advise guests on treatments, products and holistic wellness.
