Job summary

Rosewood Kauri Cliffs invites a detail‑oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. You will maintain pristine rooms and public areas to create memorable guest experiences.

Live and work in Northland with a competitive hourly rate, daily staff meals, and access to our Staff Perks Programme. The position is full‑time, 30–55 hours per week during peak season, rostered over 5 days.

What you will do:

We take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our beautiful property. Our Housekeeping Associates have an important role when it comes to creating memorable experiences for our guests. The duties include:

• Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets.
• Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies.
• Other cleaning duties including cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, and polishing furniture.
• Taking pride in the appearance of the property.

What you will bring:

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
• Minimum of 6 months cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5-star Hotel/Resort environment
• A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

This is a full-time, permanent waged position, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of up to 55 hours during our peak season, rostered over 5 days.
