Job summary

Starfish Consulting – Wellington Central, North Island invites an experienced Solutions Architect to join a fixed-term contract in Wellington with hybrid working. The role focuses on designing end-to-end solutions aligning with business objectives, security, and enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to shape architecture, drive technical decisions, and ensure scalable, robust outcomes across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Solutions Architect role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application, integration, data, and cloud architectures.
• Experience working across complex transformation or technology delivery programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery outcomes.
• Experience producing architecture artefacts, standards, and solution design documentation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, modern integration approaches, and security best practices.

About the Role

As the Solutions Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, technology standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
