We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect who combines strong technical depth with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll have proven experience designing solutions in complex environments, a strong understanding of integration and distributed systems, architecture governance, cloud platforms, and modern delivery practices. This is an opportunity to join a technology team delivering enterprise-wide initiatives and play a key role in shaping solution architecture across a complex environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, engineers, and vendors, you’ll translate business requirements into practical technology solutions that balance cost, risk, scalability, security, and long-term business value.

You’ll lead the design of end-to-end solutions spanning applications, integrations, data, identity, infrastructure, and cloud platforms. A strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services is essential, including experience designing solutions leveraging Azure PaaS capabilities, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, API and integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality solution designs, architecture decision records, interface specifications, and technical roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.

The role offers involvement throughout the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and architecture assessment through to implementation, transition into operations, and ongoing optimisation. You’ll work closely with delivery teams to validate architecture decisions, define non-functional requirements including security, resilience, performance, availability, and supportability, and ensure solutions are implemented in line with approved designs. You’ll also present recommendations through architecture governance forums and help guide technology investment decisions.
