Job summary

Russell McVeagh in Auckland seeks a Solicitor to join its market-leading Real Estate team. You will advise on commercial leasing, property development and major property transactions for investors and institutions.

Candidates will have 2–4 years' real estate experience, NZ private practice background, and strong communication skills. The role supports flexible working and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate law.
• Private practice experience in New Zealand is preferred.

About the role

We are looking for a Solicitor to join our market-leading Real Estate team. Our Real Estate team provides advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, including leading domestic and overseas funds and property institutions and corporate property owners/occupiers on their most important projects. The team advise on commercial leasing, property development and major subdivisions, as well as acquisitionsand disposals, hotel management arrangements and the agricultural and forestry sectors.
