Our Real Estate team provides advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, including leading domestic and overseas funds and property institutions and corporate property owners/occupiers on their most important projects. The team advise on commercial leasing, property development and major subdivisions, as well as acquisitionsand disposals, hotel management arrangements and the agricultural and forestry sectors.
