Candidates will have 2–4 years' real estate experience, NZ private practice background, and strong communication skills. The role supports flexible working and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate law.
• Private practice experience in New Zealand is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, leasing, developments and subdivisions.
• Assist clients including investors and developers on major projects.
