Russell McVeagh in Wellington is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join our market-leading Real Estate team. The role involves advising on property deals, Crown matters, leasing, development and subdivisions for domestic and overseas funds and property institutions.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in real estate law, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

About the role

We are looking for a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join our market-leading Real Estate team. Our Real Estate team provides advice to New Zealand's most sophisticated property investors and developers, including leading domestic and overseas funds and property institutions and corporate property owners/occupiers on their most important projects. The team advise on Crown matters, Public Works Act acquisitions, commercial leasing, property development and major subdivisions, hotel management arrangements and the agricultural and forestry sectors.
