Job summary

Russell McVeagh in Auckland is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 3+ years' experience in corporate or commercial law to join our Corporate Advisory team. You will work across a broad range of transactions and governance matters, collaborating with a number of partners in a high-performing, supportive culture.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong academics, excellent communication and time management skills, and the drive to develop a career at New Zealand's premier law

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 3+ years' experience to join our Corporate Advisory team in Auckland. The team works across a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, from complex transactions and business-critical projects through to governance, regulatory, and general advisory work.

You'll be working across a number of different partners, all recognised as experts in their fields,and will get exposure to some of the most interesting and complex work in New Zealand. You will joina high performing team with a supportive culture that's committed to developing your career.
