Job summary

Tradestaff Queenstown – Cromwell, South Island is seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join our team on a range of residential, commercial and civil projects. You’ll use hand and power tools, assist with carpentry, framing, concrete and fit-out work, and help set up sites.

If you’re reliable, physically fit, have solid construction experience, and can pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Proven construction or skilled labouring experience.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Reliable transport is a must.
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Great references from previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools confidently.
• Assist with carpentry, framing, concrete and fit-out work.
• Site set-up, measuring, cutting and installing materials.
• Read plans and follow site instructions.
• Operate machinery and equipment (where qualified).
• Maintain a safe and productive worksite.
