NZ Ski Limited in New Zealand's alpine resorts is seeking a seasoned ski-field cook to join our kitchen crew. You will prepare menu items, maintain high-volume service, and work under Head Chef guidance, delivering quality dishes with alpine flair.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial or high-volume kitchen is essential.

• Maintain mise en place and prep to ensure timely service.
• Stock control and planning for variances in trading; minimise wastage.
