Job summary

Enterprise Limited in Wellington is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team delivering commercial construction, refurbishment, fit-out and seismic strengthening projects.

You will manage budgets, forecast and cost reporting, procure subcontractor packages, handle progress claims and variations, and produce monthly commercial reporting while supporting contract administration and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within New Zealand construction.
• Experience across commercial construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Sound knowledge of NZ construction contracts, including NZS 3910.
• Well-developed commercial, negotiation and communication skills.

About the Role

You'll partner with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects remain financially well managed and positioned for successful delivery.

• Produce monthly PCG and commercial reporting
• Support contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution

About You

You're a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping projects run smoothly.

Ideally, You'll Bring

• Minimum 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within New Zealand construction
• Experience across commercial construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Sound knowledge of NZ construction contracts, including NZS 3910
• Well-developed commercial, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with Procore and estimating exposure would be advantageous
