Alliance Group Limited is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Engineering team at Lorneville. This full-time role leads engineering and capital projects to improve plant performance, reliability, safety and efficiency.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will drive projects from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and control scope, time and cost.
• Analytical problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead engineering and capital projects at the Lorneville site.
• Develop project scopes, plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate resources, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor risks, costs and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to support continuous improvement.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and implementation activities.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance plant capability and efficiency.
