Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an HR Advisor for the King Street site in New Zealand. You will be the trusted first contact for employees and managers, guiding through policies and people initiatives while supporting day-to-day HR processes.

You’ll work closely with Payroll and the GBS team to ensure accurate HR data and timely queries are resolved. You will coach leaders, deliver inductions, and help manage performance, absence, and grievances, contributing to a respectful, high-performing

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
• Experience supporting employee relations processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries.
• Coach and support managers and employees to apply HR policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
• Support performance management, sickness absence, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Deliver site HR inductions for new employees and support a smooth start.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure Kronos work codes and schedules are accurate and handle leave/payroll queries.
• Work with GBS to manage employee lifecycle administration including contract drafting and requests.
• Support benefits administration and resolve HR/Payroll/GBS issues quickly.
• Uphold Kraft Heinz values and contribute to site and company vision.
