ABB Napier is seeking a Site & Facilities Maintenance Manager to shape and lead our facility operations. You will own the maintenance, testing, and inspection schedules, oversee energy costs, cleaning, security, and common areas, and ensure compliance with NZ health and safety standards.

You will manage hard and soft services, partner with contractors, and drive sustainability initiatives. A Facilities Management, Engineering, or related degree (or equivalent experience) and relevant NZ

Formación

• Experience in managing building operations, maintenance programmes and service contractors.
• Knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation and robust HSE practices.
• Strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Experience in industrial/commercial site environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and implementation of maintenance, testing and inspection schedules.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is properly maintained and documented.
• Oversee common areas maintenance, parking and landscape.
• Drive improvements aligned with ABB Green Real Estate approach.
