Job summary

ABB's Napier site is seeking a Site & Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize our facility operations. You will plan maintenance, manage building services, and ensure safety, reliability, and energy efficiency across the site.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Unit Manager, you will coordinate with contractors, uphold NZ health and safety standards, and champion sustainable practices as part of ABB's Green Real Estate approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, building, or property management.
• Knowledge of NZ health and safety laws and HSE practices.
• Experience with energy efficiency and green building strategies.
• Trade or engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, testing, and inspection schedules.
• Oversee fire safety systems and record-keeping.
• Manage common areas, parking, and grounds.
• Ensure statutory compliance and building services reliability.
