ABB Napier is seeking a Site & Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, testing, and inspection programs across the site. You will oversee operating expenditure on repairs, cleaning, security, utilities, and common areas, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

You will manage building services, coordinate contractors, and drive ABB's Green Real Estate initiatives, aligning with NZ health and safety laws and energy-saving opportunities.

Formación

• Experience managing building operations, maintenance programmes and service contractors.
• Knowledge of NZ Health and Safety legislation and practical HSE implementation.
• Focus on sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance, testing and inspection schedules to keep the site safe and efficient.
• Ensure fire safety equipment and systems are properly maintained and recorded.
• Manage and monitor common areas, including parking and greenery, to standards.
• Recommend improvements aligned with ABB's Green Real Estate approach.
