Owned by New Zealand dairy farmers and supported by a dedicated team, we are all working together to create a better future. Imagine tomorrow with us, where your career can grow, and you can create positive change.

Established in 1881, our Edendale manufacturing site is New Zealand’s oldest dairy processing site and with 13 plants, we produce 14 million bags of milk powder each year for export and process up to 15 million litres of milk every day in peak season. Our site is expanding with significant investment to build a new ultra-high temperature (UHT) cream plant.

As an integral member of the Edendale Site and part of our administration team, you will be primarily responsible for assisting visitors to the site (from contractors to customers) and ensuring H&S requirements are met, carrying out a range of administrative duties and assisting other teams on site where required.

  • Managing and coordinating phone calls.
  • Managing meeting room bookings, pool car bookings and supporting the security team with the sign in process to ensure that all visitors and contractors sign in and are advised of all Health and Safety regulations e.g. Site Conditions of Entry and Inductions.
  • Managing the allocation of site security cards and access.
  • Assisting with shareholder and customer visits and other site events.
  • Providing administrative support to departments across the site
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders, stationery ordering and maintaining a professional work environment
  • Coordinating and assisting with travel bookings
